Account Info and Contract
Before placing your order we need to set up a company or individual account. Please download the attached DOC file, fill the new account form + framework agreement, sign it and forward these by email to pedidos@musitelli.com or fax @ 209 9484 – from abroad + 598 2 209 9484.
Reservation timetable
The reservations timetable is from Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:30).
Requests of reservations are processed and confirmed exclusively during that time.
Who is in charge of reservations?
Our Reservations Department deals with the reservations and gathers all the information and requirements for each project.
RESERVATIONS PROTOCOL
First contact
We suggest that you first contact us by phone. When making a reservation, we need to have some information about the project:
- Client
- Name of the production
- Planned amount of shooting days
- Equipment date of delivery
- Equipment date of return
- In a studio or in an exterior location ?
- Bad weather ? Rain ?
- In Montevideo ? Inland ?
- Filming during the day ? During the night ?
- Who is the director ?
- Who is the director of photography ?
How do I send the listings ?
Send your listing in writing. Please email to pedidos@musitelli.com. Eventually you can also fax @ 209 9484 – from abroad + 598 2 209 9484.
Please download these files and use them as much as you can to send us your equipment needs. We all benefit when using this forms.
Packages
Many of the items for rent are included in a "package" completing a KIT. Therefore they are no rented unless the complete package is ordered. This allows us to provide a better service for those clients who request comprehensive support.
Confirmation of reservations
Once the availability of the requested equipment has been confirmed, the system blocks the equipment and fix the date and time of delivery of the equipment as starting date, and the date and time of return as finishing date.
We use RentalWorks® to manage your orders and schedule equipment availability. More info on this tracking software will be posted here soon.
Date Changes
You must immediately communicate any change in dates (shooting, collection/pickup and/or return) so as to update the reservation, since changes may affect availability of the equipment.
"Pencil" reservations
We can accept "pencil" reservations. These are reservations which do not have a 100% confirmed date, near projects subject to confirmation, etc.
We agree with the client upon a reasonable period of time to definitively confirm their request provided it does not interfere with previous reservations or new confirmed ones.
These unconfirmed reservations are entered in the system and affect the stock and future availability in the same way as if they were confirmed. To that purpose we must have a daily update of the project evolution and its dates.
